2025Caritas Georgia's "Holiday's at the museum"
As part of the summer school program "Holidays at the Museum", the Union of Tbilisi Museums hosted the beneficiaries of the Caritas Georgia Day Center "Sunflowers".
During these meetings, the children participated in the following programs:
- "Tbilisi photo salons
- "The world of folklore"
- "Write a diary"
- "Fashion or style?"
- "The earth is our home"
- "The history of Dolls"
Through these programs, our curious children learned many new and interesting things, such as what a camera obscura is, how songs were recorded on a phonograph, how people write diaries, why certain types of clothing appeared, how to use natural resources wisely, how different types of dolls were created, and more.
At the end of six enjoyable and informative days, each participant had the opportunity to summarise what they had learned and share their emotions and impressions of the past days. In the end, every participant received a certificate.
Caritas Georgia places great importance on children's education and their integration into society as valued members.
Each initiative like this fills us with immense joy and gratitude, as we believe this is the path toward a happy and bright future.
We sincerely thank the Union of Tbilisi Museums.
